IT'S FUN, IT'S FREE AND IT'S CAPE-WIDE!

Now in its 120th season, it is the oldest summer league in the nation. Nomar Garciaparra, Jason Varitek, Ben Sheets & Todd Helton are just a few familiar names in baseball who played here in their early years. The country's most promising college players are drafted to play; they live with host families around the Cape. They all have part time jobs, where they work between 15-20 hours a week. The rest of the time they're either practicing or competing. 80% of the Cape League players go on to play ball professionally. Contact the League at 508-432-6909.
